Indo Farm Industries growing success is based on the dedication of its workforce. Indo Farm Industries conducts regular on-the-job training and role enhancement programmes for factory personnel and product & functional skills training for marketing personnel.
Training programmes are conducted by external faculty for employees in product design, manufacturing processes, materials management and TQM.
Suggestion schemes are run as a continuous process to encourage involvement of workers for improving manufacturing processes, enhancing quality, increasing productivity and reducing wastage. Monthly meetings with workers provide useful insights into ways of improving in these areas. The management pro-actively resolves the concerns of its workforce, thus creating a harmonious environment for all to work in and give their best to the organisation.
